Music brings Healing

The rationale behind our initiative stems from a collective desire to combat the adversities prevalent in our society today. We flrmly believe that as artists and caregivers, we possess the power to effect change, one note at a time. By partnering with various welfare organizations such as Andreas Gift, Pink Ladies, CHOC, Pride Shelter, and Haven Shelter, we strive to amplify our impact and address pressing issues such as missing persons, childhood cancer, LGBTQ+ discrimination, and homelessness.

While we are not the official fundraisers for these organizations, we are committed to organizing events that contribute to their noble causes. By selling tickets and rallying support from the community, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.

Rock Against Lupus

Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that can affect people of all ages, including children. Although lupus is more commonly diagnosed in adults, pediatric lupus presents unique challenges and considerations. Symptoms in children may vary widely and can include fatigue, joint pain, skin rashes, and organ inflammation. Early diagnosis and proper management are crucial to controlling symptoms and preventing complications. Treatment typically involves medications to suppress the immune system and manage symptoms, along with lifestyle adjustments. Parents and caregivers play a vital role in supporting children with lupus by providing emotional support, helping manage medications, and advocating for their medical needs. Regular monitoring by healthcare professionals is essential to ensure optimal management and quality of life for children with lupus.

Pride Shelter Trust is to support the LGBT+ community whilst advocating &protecting their human rights, dignity & psychosocial well-being through connected social networks, participative community involvement& consolidated supported structures.

In collaboration with The Commons, we are hosting a fundraiser for this charity on Friday 30th May.

What is CHOC?
Childhood Cancer Foundation SA
A non-profit organisation that advocates for the health and well-being of children and teenagers diagnosed with cancer or life-threatening blood disorders and their families.

The passionate and dedicated staff and volunteers of CHOC aim to save lives through early detection and comprehensive support programmes for the families affected by cancer.

We offer, psychosocial, emotional and practical support as we augment the different medical fraternities.
